Led visual and brand design at VShift for BJC HealthCare, one of the largest nonprofit health care organizations in the United States, with a network of 14 hospitals. Supported research, workshops, and brand positioning alongside copywriters, strategists, and product designers across a complex brand architecture that included St. Louis Children’s Hospital and a teaching hospital relationship. Developed a scalable brand design system spanning digital and physical touchpoints, from wayfinding and hospital exteriors to staff scrubs.
