Leadership Edge is JPMC’s executive training program, built around the Harvard Business School managing principles. Our team was tasked with exploring how the branding, messaging and visuals could be streamlined. Thus, we ran a creative audit, class structure audit and a competitive landscape analysis. We noticed some inconsistencies, communication gaps and structural issues — the visual system was very lackluster and disjointed. We explored some solutions of how to aid communications and the overall class system construct. In this effort, I worked directly with our VP of Design and our Executive Director.
